Being a Rich River Member has many benefits and enables you to accrue Bonus Points which you can use to purchase food, drinks, bingo books, raffle tickets, products from the Pro Shop and services at the Club.
How can I earn Bonus Points?
You can earn Bonus Points through promotions, raffles, bingo wins, golf tournament wins and gaming machines.
Earn 1 Bonus Point for every $5.00 turnover on Gaming Machines.
1 Bonus Point equals 1 cent when making a purchase with Bonus points.

As a Rich River Member, you qualify for the below rewards:

• Seasonal bonus offers for accruing between 10,000 – 20,000 Bonus Points in a 3 month period2

How do I join Rich River Rewards?
Financial members of Rich River Golf Club aged 18 years or above are automatically eligible to participate in the RICH RIVER REWARDS program. Participating in the RICH RIVER REWARDS program constitutes an acceptance of the programs terms and conditions and the members agreement to comply with these rules. Members can choose to opt out of the program at any time by notifying in writing the Chief Executive Officer of the Club, or the nominated representative.
How do I redeem my Bonus Points?
Simply present your membership card when purchasing food, drinks or items at the Bar, Café, Bistro, Reception or Pro Shop.
How do I know if I have any Bonus Offers?
The club informs our members who qualify for Bonus Offers via email or text.
How can I find out my current Bonus Point balance?
You can check your current Bonus Point balance by inserting your membership into any gaming machine or speaking to one of our helpful staff at a point of sale terminal.
Can payments be made in combination with Bonus Points?
Yes! Purchases can be made in combination of Bonus Points, cash and bank or credit cards.
Do my Bonus Points expire?
Yes, unused Bonus Points expire at the time of membership renewals each year. This happens on September 30th.
Additional Information
Bonus Points and rewards are not transferable. Suspended, excluded and expelled members forfeit accrued Bonus Points.
