Direction and Distance - Start by throwing a golf ball out at about 20 to 25 metres away. It will land and roll on a little. Hitting with your club, aim the next golf ball so it lands where the first ball came to rest. That ball will then roll out a little past the first ball. Repeat that with your next few shots, with the goal of landing each ball where the previous one came to rest. This obviously helps with your distance control and is great for helping your direction. When you get better at this drill you will have a nice straight line of balls out about 60 to 70 metres.
