This is an exciting career opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef De Partie. The successful applicant will be a team player who has a passion for food and has the following skills:
- A dedicated and committed work ethic
- The ability to assist our Executive and Head Chef in the operation
  of a busy kitchen
- Able to successfully operate the kitchen during the Executive and
  Head Chef absence
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy creating new menu items
- Can delegate and supervise our cooks, apprentices and trainees.
- Enforce hygiene and OH&S
