Current Positions/Vacancies:
The Rich River Golf Club Resort has two club houses located across two sites. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the permanent position of a Duty Manager at the Moama Sports Club. This position is hands on and requires the successful applicant to assist senior management in the provision of "day to day" club trading operations for the achievement of policy objectives, optimum performance and member/guest satisfaction.
Duty Manager Position Description
• Apprentice Chef and Qualified Chef
Our two Club's facilities include bars, dining, outdoor terrace and balconies, coffee shop and function facilities. With everything made onsite our kitchen brigade consist of 30 staff which includes an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Qualified Chefs, Apprentices, Cooks and Kitchen hands, Butcher, and a Pastry Chef.
Modern cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere James Maiden Bistro offers high quality, great value meals to suit all tastes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner we offer a la carte seasonal menu as well as weekly themed nights and specials. In our 6 function areas we cater for all group sizes with our menus vary from set, buffet, cocktail and gourmet barbeques.
Applicants must be enthusiastic and expected to work to high standards, be reliable and self-motivated in a busy team environment. For both positions applicants must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and extra shifts as required. Great base wage, weekend penalties and uniforms supplied.
• Casual Kitchen hand
Duties include: basic food preparation, dishes and cleaning. Applicants must be enthusiastic and expected to work to high standards, be reliable and self-motivated in a busy team environment. Kitchen hand position applicants must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and extra shifts as required. Great base wage, weekend penalties and uniforms supplied.
